Anti-collision waistband

The door body is furnished with SUS Japanese standard 304# brushed stainless steel anti-collision strip having a solid thickness of 1.2mm. It is crafted by employing a pure flat production technique. Both sides of the waistband and the door body are uniformly on the identical plane

1.Material: The surface is made of galvanized steel plates from Shougang Group or Baogang Group Galvanized steel sheet. The zinc coating content is≥90 g/m2.

2.Door leaf: Thickness 40mm;

The side of the door leaf is connected by a single seam and a bite structure, which has the function of preventing loosening. There are no exposed screws, rivets, welding points and welds on the entire door leaf surface, ensuring the overall strength of the door leaf. At the same time, it is both beautiful and easy to clean.

The interior is filled with high-strength aluminum honeycomb and fully bonded with formaldehyde-free two-component polyurethane glue, making the door strong, light and flexible, moisture-proof and completely isolated from rust caused by humid air.

3.Door frame: .The door frame is made by bending the plate, and the horizontal and vertical frames are spliced at 90 degrees.

Type shock-absorbing sealing strips are set on the three sides of the door frame. The sealing strips must be made of TPE or EPDM rubber material, physically inlaid without glue, and easy to replace. They must not be bonded.

Airtightness: positive pressure level 8, negative pressure level 8 (GB/T20909-2017);

Thermal insulation performance: level 5,

Wind pressure resistance: level 5.

4.Surface treatment: Electrostatic spraying is carried out using spraying equipment, and the coating thickness is ≥65μm. It is dustproof, antibacterial, and explosion-proof. The sprayed surface is smooth, without cracks or bubbles. Polyester powder brands include Akzo Nobel in the Netherlands, Tiger in Austria, and PPG in the United States.

5.Glass window: 5+5 double-layer rounded tempered glass is used. The glass and door surface are flat and integrated, which is truly dust-proof, easy to disinfect and clean, and more beautiful.

Secondly, single-layer 6mm tempered glass can be used. The window frame is made of aluminum material, anodized surface, 45-degree bevel splicing, no exposed screws on the surface, and a flat appearance.

The bathroom ventilation shutters are made of aluminum or nylon, which are moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant, and easy to disassemble and clean.

6.Hinge and locks: 6063 series aluminum alloy is the most commonly used material, followed by 304 stainless steel (8% nickel content).

7.Sound insulation performance: Airborne sound insulation performance interior door level 2 (GB/T20909-2017)

8.Fire resistance integrity: 30min

9.Door frame installation process: There shall be no welding installation holes on the door frame surface. The installation adopts the embedded parts welding process. The space between the wall and the door frame needs to be filled with cement mortar to increase strength and service life.

10.Anti-collision belt: The door body is equipped with SUS Japanese standard 304# brushed stainless steel anti-collision belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a pure flat manufacturing process. Both sides of the belt are on the same plane as the door body.
